            Mark Allen

            Senior Associate

            Mark is a Senior Associate in DWF’s Commercial & Corporate team. He is a procurement and outsourcing specialist, who advises on a broad range of commercial matters across all sectors. 

            Mark has experience in a wide range of commercial matters, with a particular focus on working with customers and suppliers in the procurement space.  Mark has recently immigrated to Australia and brings with him experience practicing law in the UK and New Zealand. 

            Mark works closely with his clients in their business ventures to provide commercially pragmatic solutions that work best for the client’s specific business requirements and underlying risk profile.

            Mark’s work focuses on projects across a range of sectors and industries, and specialisms include outsourcing, facilities management, and ICT.  

            Additionally, Mark enjoys assisting clients with the integrating of technology into their contracting processes, including appropriate use of automation and associated technology to drive improved efficiency and risk mitigation throughout their supply and purchase chains.   

            Mark’s particular areas of expertise include: 

            • BPO outsourcing;
            • Procurement; 
            • ICT; 
            • Contract administration; and
            • Development work.
