            Jason has extensive experience in advising clients in relation to mergers, acquisitions and disposals, takeovers, schemes of arrangement, trust schemes, Takeover's Panel proceedings, board spills, equity capital markets (including IPOs), managed funds, capital management transactions, joint ventures, complex corporate reconstructions, including demergers, and general Corporations Act and Listing Rule advice.
