            Craig Doyle

            Senior Consultant

            Craig is a Senior Consultant in DWF’s Corporate and Commercial team, and is located in our Newcastle office. 

            Craig is a Law Society of New South Wales accredited specialist in both business law and commercial litigation with almost 40 years' experience. He specialises in commercial transactions and documentation, commercial litigation, commercial property, property development, the Retail Leases Act and issues with corporations. He also acts in commercial and transactional disputes. Craig's clients include property developers, entrepreneurs, corporations and businesses. He is also an arbitrator of both the Local Court and the District Court.

            Additionally, Craig has a Certificate in Foundations of Directorship from the AICD and is a Notary Public.
