Please join our Construction law expert, Lex Orange, and our Property law expert, Richard Skopal, for an interactive Q&A webinar as they answer the commonly asked questions arising from these sectors – including:

            • What rent relief is available for commercial and retail tenants?
            • How disruptions and delays associated with COVID-19 affect existing building contracts?
            • How to keep construction sites safe?

As the construction and property sectors have had particular challenges arising in the areas of employment and contracts common across broader commercial applications, Lex and Richard will also be joined by Matthew Smith from our Workplace Relations team to answer your employment queries, as well as Matthew Hawken from our Corporate Commercial team to answer your commercial contract questions. The webinar will be moderated by Planning and Environment law expert, Andrea Towson.

You will have the opportunity to ask your own questions by submitting them to Elizabeth Kelly (elizabeth.kelly@dwf.law) by 5pm AEST on Tuesday, 14 April 2020. You can also submit questions during the live webinar.

We hope you can join us for what will be an interactive and informative webinar.
