The use of the internet by employees to express their opinions can sometimes impact on the employment relationship. Employers who wish to take disciplinary action against employees for expressing views which damage the employment relationship should be familiar with how Courts and Industrial Commissions are now approaching this topic.

Join Mark as he discusses the recent case law, including from the High Court, and steps employers can take to manage this issue.

We hope you can join us.
