The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) is cracking down on new reporting requirements, warning construction companies of the prospect of building license suspension or cancellation. We are seeing an increase in show cause notices at a time where the QBCC have identified safety as a priority area for compliance activities.

Join DWF Principal Lawyers Matthew Smith and Damian Hegarty for a 30 minute update on the new safety enforcement role of the QBCC, including practical tips on how to deal with your compliance obligations.
