            Our Banking and Financial Services team focus on corporate, property and asset finance. They have advised many of the major Australian market participants on corporate, property and asset financings, and are also leading advisers on alternative capital, emergency, special situation and bridging finance.

            Our Construction and Infrastructure lawyers assist participants such as Government (Federal, State and Local), developers, contractors, subcontractors, operators, financiers and designers on construction, infrastructure and resources projects across a wide range of sectors and industries. Our Sydney office is also home to some of the leading Building Information Modelling (BIM) lawyers in Australia, who have acted for Government, contractors, developers and designers on a range of BIM matters (including BIM implementation for projects).

            We also have a team of corporate and commercial lawyers in our Sydney office with over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of business restructuring and insolvency, commercial disputes and litigation, as well as helping clients to navigate through the increasingly complex environment for corporate transactions in Australia, and providing advice on a range of corporate issues. 

            We also have a number of Employment and IR lawyers based in our Sydney office, who have extensive experience in advising on all legal issues that affect workforces. They act mainly for corporate entities and government, including employers of all sizes from SME’s through to multinational companies, and always aim to provide practical, timely and reasonably priced advice for our clients.

            Additionally, our Sydney office is home to one of our DWF claims teams, a unique international claims administration service, operating within the commercial liability claims marketplace.
