            Jennifer Davis

            Senior Associate

Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Insurance team based in the Brisbane office. Her special interest is medical negligence defence.

Jennifer was admitted as a solicitor in 2011 and has since practiced exclusively in personal injury. She worked for three years in a plaintiff personal injury practice before joining DWF, managing a portfolio of personal injury claims.

Jennifer now works in the defence of personal injury claims with a special focus on medical negligence. Additionally, she acts on matters in the areas of workers’ compensation, public liability and professional indemnity.

Jennifer has an eye for detail and will investigate and analyse the circumstances of the claim as well as the history and current status of the claimant. She also considers the ‘big picture’ and works to progress claims to a reasonable resolution in a desirable timeframe.

Outside work Jennifer enjoys multiple crafts, making crocheted items for charity, leisurely driving, and time with her two young sons.

Jennifer is a member of the Queensland Law Society, Medico-Legal Society of Queensland and Women in Insurance.
